1. Measure your space and favorite Color/Size
2. Send us all the Information we need to service your event
3. Once we send the quote, we receive your deposit and you sign our contract, you will be all set!
Security Deposit: $100.00 Deposit required returned to you the day after your event- once the equipment has been inspected. The deposit DOES NOT apply to your final balance due. Final balance is due the day of your evet if paying in cash, or a day before if paying electronically. Security deposit is to ensure there are no damages/ stains/ rips/ or lost items at time of pick up - If damages exist and deposit does not cover damages, additional fees apply (due 5 days post your event date). Please note: your booking is confirmed when deposit is received.
We have a quick turnaround time for all above steps, if you do not hear from us within a couple of hours, please let us know, thank you!
Form of payment accepted: Cash/Zelle/ Apple Pay
Cancellation Policy: If contract is sent and opened/viewed there is no deposit return. Due to rain: if not able to accommodate indoors or provide a tent - you are able to postpose your event to a future date up to 1 year form original event date. COVID- You may postpone your event up to 1 year of original event date.
Please note: Flat surface is required for all set ups (No slopes/Hills)
Please note:
- Delivery Fee will apply to all rentals- delivery fee will be quoted at time of booking. (Delivery fees range from $10-$200, depending on location).
- Person in charge available for all events for an additional charge ($80.00).
- All set ups with 10+ Children (Ages 6months - 4 years) will require a person in charge.
- For all Park Events: If applicable please include park entrance fees in comment section. (Please note if a certificate of insurance is required, please attach a copy of the requirements - an additional $25.00 will be applied if we meet all the requirements and can service your event) .
All our rentals include 4 Hours of Fun!
4 Hours does not include set up and pick up time.
Set up time is 1 hour prior to event start time.
